The <a href=\"https:\/\/talentmove.nl\/en\/tma-assessment\/\">TMA<\/a> is an effective, qualitative and objective online psychological assessment. The <a href=\"https:\/\/talentmove.nl\/en\/tma-assessment\/\">TMA<\/a> consists of thorough and validated personality questionnaires and <strong>cognitive ability tests<\/strong>.
