Profile Dynamics has been positively assessed by the independent COTAN committee for 2025!

COTAN assessment by the NIP (Dutch Institute of Psychologists) is certainly not a formality. It is the independent institute that assesses whether a psychological measuring instrument is reliable and valid. In other words: does the instrument measure what it promises to measure, and are the results predictive and stable over time?
